If you are interested in working with me, I prefer to set up a short, no-cost consultation so you can decide if I’m a good fit for what you’re looking for. I’ve found it works best when we both decide how we could work together as a team to help you reach your goals for therapy.

I also provide Mental Health Intern supervision for registered interns. I have years of experience supervising both graduate students and post-graduation registered interns.

In my practice I use a variety of approaches depending on what works best for the client. These include discussion, behavior change plans, art/music activities, Animal Assisted Therapy, homework and other modes of treatment.

Fees are sliding scale.
